Eager to take one of the coolest pictures of your life? So come with us!
To get to this paradise, we need to be in Guaratiba very early to find a spot and avoid queues of 2 hours to take the famous photo, but all the effort will be worth it (we promise you!)
We will drive through 7 beautiful beaches on the west side of Rio before starting our adventure on foot. The hike to Pedra do Cavalo (photo location) is of moderate intensity lasting 1 hour and has incredible views of Restinga da Marambaia!
After the trail we will take an invigorating (and deserved!) Swim in the sea and visit the stunning viewpoint of Prainha beach.
The duration of the tour is approximately 5 to 7 hours.

Recommendations

Clothing : Wear light walking clothes and closed shoes. Caps and hats are a good choice on sunny days. Do not forget to bring a change of clothes and towel for the sea bath.

Food: Take light snacks (sandwich, biscuit, fruit) and 2 liters of water per person. Don't forget to take an extra plastic bag for the trash.

Meeting Point
The meeting point is the Shell gas station next to Barra Point. The station is located very close to Access A (lagoon) of Jardim Oceânico subway station.
How to get there?
- By subway: Take the subway towards Jardim Oceânico (Line 4) and get off at access A (Lagoa). Walk towards the Unimed building, the gas station is right next to it.
- Uber: Place "Shopping Barra Point" as your destination. The post is next door.
